My name is Emily and I am a fully qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor and have a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, I am passionate about exercising, not only for the physical benefits it has on our bodies but also the huge benefits it has on our mental health. I have a well equipped gym at home and can offer 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3 sessions during the day or in the evenings. As a keen runner and lover of exercising outdoors we can always take the session outdoors or come along to one of my drop in group sessions. Exercise doesn’t have to be something you dread doing but instead can make you feel stronger, fitter and happier.
